Introduction

Roles – the ability to manage access rights to the functionality.
The functionality allows you to create roles based on which employees can only see certain sections of the service.

Appearance of Roles

By default, the Roles functionality looks like this:

Role creating

In order to create a new role, you need to click on Create role at the bottom of the window.

In the upper part of the field that opens, you will need to enter the name of the role (1).
Below is a list of sections of the service (2), from which you should choose those that will be available to office users (3).
After creating a new role, you must click on the button Save (4).

If you mark checkbox opposite to the whole section (1), then all its subsections will also be selected automatically (2).

You can also select individual subsections, for this you need to activate checkboxes only opposite the necessary ones.

Role editing

To edit, you need to select a role from the list of created roles and clicking on it will open the how to create a role field in which you can make any changes.

Role deleting

To delete, select a role and click on Delete Role at the bottom of the window.

Role assigning

The role is assigned in the Accounts section.
You can go to this section immediately from the role creation field by clicking on Accounts at the bottom of the window or on the Accounts item in the menu.

In the Office Employees tab, the role of each employee can be seen in the Roles column (1), and you can assign a role by clicking on the pencil symbol (2) opposite the employee's name.

In the window that opens, click on Open next to the Role field (1) to open role selecting popup (2), in which the required role for the employee is ticked, confirmed by the Select button, the changes are applied by the Save button.
