Introduction
PhotoReport - is a document in which an employee confirms the results of his work using photographs (for example, POS materials or product layouts) or records the existence of any problems.
There can be many scenarios for using the functionality, relying on the possibility of solving various business problems.
It has a creation date and other attributes, however, this one document may contain many photos taken by a field employee.
Appearance of the list of documents
By default, the appearance of the list of documents PhotoReport can be presented in two ways:
- Tabular view (similar to other common documents list view),
- Photo Gallery.
Switching between the external views of the document occurs by pressing the buttons 
.
Tabular view
Tabular view is a standard interface similar to the appearance of other documents in ST-Mobi.com.
Attributes of the tabular view of the list of documents
| Code | Document code assigned by the system in the mobile application. |
| Created on PDA | Date and time the document was created. The value is taken from the system time on the mobile device. |
| Delivered | Date and time of receipt of the document in ST-Mobi.com. The value is taken from the system time on the servers ST-Mobi.com and it is adjusted according to the time zone specified in your company's settings. |
| Changed | Date and time when the document was updated in the database ST-Mobi.com. The value is taken from the system time on the servers ST-Mobi.com and it is adjusted according to the time zone specified in your company's settings. |
Accepted in ERP | Status of receiving the document by ERP. Presence of this status means that the ERP has informed that the document has been accepted. |
| Sent to ERP | Status of sending the document from ST-Mobi.com to ERP, but its receiving has not yet been confirmed. |
| Business status | User status of the document being imported from the ERP. |
| Employee | Full name of the employee who created the document on the mobile device. |
| Route | Login of the employee who created the document on the mobile device. |
| Outlet | Point of sale where and for whom field document was created by employee. |
| Outlet Type | Type of outlet where the photographing was done. Type of Outlet can be imported from ERP. Used for additional classification of clients. |
| Address | Address of the location of the outlet where field document was made and where it is necessary to deliver the products or something like that. |
| Number of photos | Number of unique photos contained in the entire PhotoReport document. |
| PhotoObjects | Listing of all the PhotoObjects that were used in the photos of the PhotoReport. PhotoObjects - configured in ST-Mobi.com fixed list. |
| Comment | Text comment left by an employee on a mobile device during the application process. It may contain important information about client or about document. |
| Additional attribute (one or more) | Additional information about document, informational (for viewing only) or of a collective nature. |

If not all columns fit on the screen, horizontal scrolling of the screen appears to the right and left.
Display of columns, their width and relative position can be customized.
Photo Gallery
Appearance of photo gallery is a tile of random photos from each PhotoReport.
By default, each tile element has a text about the date of creation of the PhotoReport, the employee who made the document, the outlet and its address.
When you hover the cursor over a tile element, the labels are scaled to the entire element and additionally information about the number of photos in the PhotoReport appears.
Detailed document view
To view all the details of the document, including the photos taken, you need to click on the button 
on the general list of documents or on a specific tile element when viewing as a photo gallery.
When viewing the photos taken by the field staff, you may find that:
- some of the photos are not displayed,
- or the screen simply displays the inscription "Image".
This means that the employee on the mobile device did not click the "Send photos" button in the exchange menu.
Or the quality of the mobile Internet did not allow all the photos to be uploaded at the moment.
Don't worry, the photos won't disappear anywhere!
And in case of a hurry, it's enough to ask the employee to click "Send photos" in the exchange menu on the mobile device again.
But even if this is not done, all the photos will eventually reach the system automatically.
Attributes of a detailed document view

| PhotoObject | PhotoObject selected from the list of preset values, linked to a specific photo. It is located under the photo, if it was selected at the time of creating the photo. |
Additional functionality features
Exporting photos | Exporting PhotoReports for the selected time period.

Deleting PhotoReport | Setting a mark to delete a photo report, including all attached photos. After deletion, the photo report will no longer be displayed in any system reports. To restore, you need to go to the screen for viewing the items marked for deletion. |

If you set a wider date range, the photo archive upload button will become inactive.
When you hover over it, a corresponding hint will appear that you need to reduce the date range for unloading.
This restriction does not affect the display of documents in the interface, any period can be set for viewing them.
PhotoObjects
PhotoObjects - are racks, showcases, signs and other elements that are photographed by an employee at a point of sale.
In the office part ST-Mobi.com a list of photographing objects is entered that are available to field personnel during photographing in the selection mode from a preset list of values.
To return to viewing the photo reports, just click Close in the upper right corner of the screen.
