Introduction
Tasks are used as one of the mechanisms for monitoring and setting simple instructions to employees.
Report is based on the functionality of the Tasks that the field staff works with.
Employee totals
By default, the first screen of the report displays summary information for all agents, allows you to evaluate the indicators when "looking from above" and select the employee of interest to view detailed information:
Attributes of the list of totals for all employees
Employee | Full name of the employee who worked with tasks on a mobile device. |
Route | Employee's route number. |
Supervisor | Head (supervisor) of the team in the organizational structure, which includes the employee. |
Classifier (one or more) | Column of classifier values specified for employees. |
Assigned | Number of assigned tasks. |
Started | Number of tasks started. |
Finished | Number of completed tasks. |
Progress | Ratio of started and completed tasks. |
If not all columns fit on the screen, horizontal scrolling of the screen appears to the right and left.
Display of columns, their width and relative position can be customized.
Results for selected employee
After selecting the employee of interest, summary information will be displayed (similar to the previous level of detail of the report), detailed by date.
Details on tasks within the day
On the screen of viewing details on the progress of tasks within the selected day, it is possible to analyze the tasks assigned, the outcome of their execution and the attached photos (if available).
Attributes of the list of details within the day
Code | Code of the point of sale specified in the ERP. |
Outlet | Name of the outlet where the task was performed. |
Address | Address of the location of the outlet where the task was performed. |
Note | Note to the point of sale, set in the Point of Sale card or unloaded from the ERP. |
National chain | National chain to which the outlet belongs. |
Regional chain | Regional chain to which the outlet belongs. |
Classifier (one or more) | Classifiers, set for the point of sale. |
Task | Name of the task. |
Description | Description of the task. |
Start date | Date and time when the task started. |
End date | Date and time when the task was completed. |
Outcome | Result of the task specified by the visiting employee, based on the selection from the list of preset values. |
Comment | Field employee's comment that he wrote completing a task. |
Author | Office web user who created the task. |
Report | Photos attached by an field employee when completing a task. |
