In order to connect supervisor functionality to ST-Mobile Trade, it is necessary to do a number of activities described below.

Creating organizational structure

Most time-consuming step in connecting Mobile Supervisor is setting up Organizational Structure of your company.
It is necessary to set up the Organizational Structure so system could understand which field employees the supervisor's team consists of and, accordingly, which employees' data needs to be exported to supervisor on his mobile device.

Enabling settings

After the organizational structure is configured according to the instructions from this article, it is necessary to enable its operation for the entire system. 
To do this, go to the menu Administration > Settings and select Default Values tab.
In the window that appears, you will find Enable Organizational structure viewport setting.
Activate it, then save changes.

Checking mobile application version

Minimum recommended version of ST-Mobile Trade mobile application for correct functioning of Mobile Supervisor is 4.3.5.48 and Extensions version nsc77.
If version of your mobile application is lower than specified one, you need to contact technical support service with an update request.

You can check version of mobile application by going to About on side menu.

Assigning supervisor license

Last step in setting up Mobile Supervisor is to assign correct license to field employee.
To do this, go to Administration > Accounts and select Supervisor license for desired account.

Downloading database and obtaining license

After all the previous steps are completed, it is necessary to proceed to obtaining the database in the mobile application.

If everything is done correctly, then after receiving the full database, a supervisor license will be obtained and the start screen will change.
