Description and appearance

The reference book is informative in nature and displays the units imported into the system that are used when working with SKUs.

Attributes of the list of units

Title	Description
Code	The unit code assigned in ERP, or in Excel template, or created manually.
Short name	An abbreviation of the name of the unit. It will be seen by an employee when choosing SKUs in a Mobile Application.
Full name	Full name of the unit of measurement, explanation of the abbreviation.

Unit Card

By pressing the button next to the row with the unit of measurement in the table, you can open the card of this unit:

If the data on units imported from ERP, then only viewing will be available, but if imported from Excel templates or created manually on the reference page, then editing will be available in units card.

Additional features

Export to Excel	Export directory data to an Excel file.
Export empty template to Excel	Export in Excel format an empty template containing all columns displayed in the table, intended for filling in and subsequent data import.
Export template with data to Excel	Export in Excel format of a template containing all columns displayed in the table and all the directory data visible at the time of exporting. Intended for information editing and subsequent import it back.
Import from an Excel template	Upload data from Excel template to the directory, exported before by using the Export Excel Template buttons (empty or with data). Important: template downloaded from the directory should be imported only in that direcotory!
