Introduction
Tasks are various activities that are not related to paperwork.
Examples of tasks: pick up documents, take pictures of equipment, etc.
Tasks can be assigned both to a point of sale and to the entire route.
Tasks are used as one of the mechanisms for monitoring the activities of field employees.
On a mobile device, an employee can:
- view the description of the task,
- fulfill its requirements,
- comment on the progress of its implementation,
- choose the outcome of the task from a preset list of possible options.
Appearance of the task list
Appearance of the task list is made in the split-screen mode into 3 workspaces.
On the left is a list of task categories:
- New - only created tasks
- In process - tasks processed by employees and ended with some outcome
- Important - separate section for tasks marked "Important!"
- For outlets - tasks assigned to retail outlets
- For employees - tasks assigned to employees
Brief information about the task is placed in the center.

Outcomes are arbitrary results of tasks that you can create based on the needs and characteristics of business processes.
It is impossible to determine a different set of outcomes for different sets of tasks.
In the right part of the window, you must specify the period during which the task will be sent to mobile devices (it will be active).
After that, select the schedule for sending the task: once, every day, on selected days of the week, or on selected calendar dates.
Depending on the selected schedule option, the interface may change.
