Introduction

Sets are a tool that helps you select certain elements to work with various functionality of the service.
When an element is added to the set by any attribute (for example, by belonging to a certain classifier value), all elements that will be assigned this value in the future will be automatically added to the set.
This rule does not apply to the sales plan, because when creating a plan, only the current data at the time of its creation is recorded.

Example of sets:
To configure the set of elements, click Set in the corresponding tab.

General functions in sets

Displaying elements

In the set, you can configure the display of elements:

  • All elements - output of both selected elements and not selected ones.
  • Selected - displays the elements that are already involved in the set.
  • Not selected - displays items that are not included in the set.

The selection of an element is carried out by putting a check mark in front of it.

In the Search line, the entered value is filtered by all columns that are displayed in the set.
Only those elements that contain the entered value in at least one column are output.

Number of elements in set

The total number of items in set is displayed in the lower left corner.

Saving selected elements

After setting up the set, to save it, click Save in the lower right corner.

When selecting a classifier value, all SKUs that have this value assigned will participate in the set.

Set of employees

It is possible to select employees by two ways:

  • list,
  • classifiers.

Set of employees by list

The Employees tab displays all subordinate field agents who can participate in the set.

Set of employees by classifiers

Sets mechanics

Available in the following functionality:

  • Sales plan,
  • Tasks,
  • Marketing materials.

With this tool, you can configure under which conditions the elements will be included in the set.
By default, the value Union is always set.

Union - is a logical condition "OR"

The final set will include all elements that meet any selection criteria.
Example: The set includes SKUs from the Fruit group and the classifier Manufacturer - Egypt.
The final set will include all SKUs from the fruit group, as well as all SKUs from the manufacturer Egypt.

Intersection - is a logical condition "And"

Only those elements that meet each of the selection criteria will be included in the final set.
Example: Products from the Fruit group and the classifier Manufacturer - Egypt have been added to the set.
Only SKUs that meet both conditions at the same time will be included in the final set: products from the Fruit group, whose country of origin is Egypt.
