Introduction
POSM (POS-materials, Point Of Sales Materials, means of registration of places of sale) are materials or equipment that promote a brand or product at points of sale.
Such as shelftockers, price tag holders, wobblers, stoppers, promo racks, plastic trays, flags, decorative magnets and other products distributed at points of sale.
POS materials serve to attract additional attention and effectively promote products.
Buyers, studying POS materials, receive information about the advantages of products.
Thus, due to the information content and the ability to attract attention to the product, POS materials stimulate sales.
POS Documents functionality is used to track activities related to POSM equipment: monitoring of rests, requests and facts of their installation / dismantling.
These documents are created on mobile devices of field staff.
For its implementation into ERP, an individual revision of the data exchange module may be required.

Appearance of the list of documents
By default, the appearance of POS documents looks like this:
POSM accounting - is a process designed for registration of the following types of activities:
- Monitoring - used to track the remnants of POS materials available at the point of sale.
Monitoring can be performed both for the company's equipment (POSM and POSM expensive) and for other people's POSM (competitors POSM). - Installation / dismantling - these types of actions are used to install or dismantle company's POS materials at the point of sale.
Installation or disassembly is performed directly by the sales representative, i.e. the person issuing the document.
Installation or disassembly can only be performed for POSM.
- Installation Request - these type of actions are used to make an request for the installation or dismantling of expensive POS materials at the point of sale.
The sales representative does not perform installation or dismantling by him self!
He only creates request for the implementation of these activities in the future for special teams of workers.
The application can only be issued for POSM expensive.

Created on PDA | Date and time the document was created. The value is taken from the system time on the mobile device. |
Delivered | Date and time of receipt of the document in ST-Mobi.com. The value is taken from the system time on the servers ST-Mobi.com and it is adjusted according to the time zone specified in your company's settings. |
Changed | Date and time when the document was updated in the database ST-Mobi.com. The value is taken from the system time on the servers ST-Mobi.com and it is adjusted according to the time zone specified in your company's settings. |
Accepted in ERP | Status of receiving the document by ERP. Presence of this status means that the ERP has informed that the document has been accepted. |
Sent to ERP | Status of sending the document from ST-Mobi.com to ERP, but its receiving has not yet been confirmed. |
Business status | User status of the document being imported from the ERP. |
Employee | Full name of the employee who created the document on the mobile device. |
Route | Login of the employee who created the document on the mobile device. |
Code of Point of Sale | Code of the point of sale where the request for the supply of products for the client was made. |
Outlet | Point of sale where and for whom field document was created by employee. |
Full name Outlet | Full name of the outlet where the application for the supply of products for the client was made. |
National chain | National chain to which the outlet belongs. |
Regional chain | Regional chain to which the outlet belongs. |
Owner | Head office of the chain or the owner of the client's business. |
Address | Address of the location of the outlet where field document was made and where it is necessary to deliver the products or something like that. |
Comment | Text comment left by an employee on a mobile device during the application process. It may contain important information about client or about document. |
