Introduction
Filtering is used in the mobile application to visually highlight product items in documents or outlets in the list.
For example, products for which a filter is installed are highlighted in a certain color in the general nomenclature at certain retail outlets.
Also, visiting employee can set selection and display products or outlets from the filter and work only with them.
In such filters, lists of promotional or top-end products are uploaded from the ERP, with reference to certain customers and for a certain period of validity.
Field employees easily navigate which products are now a priority and focus on it when making delivery requests.
To implement such a business process, contact the technical support service for information, individual modification of the data exchange module may be required.
Filters pre-installed in the system
Standard filters are already available on mobile devices, even if you didn't create them in the office part ST-Mobi.com.
- SKUs in stock - goods for which there is a balance in warehouse.
- Conflicting SKUs - goods for which entered quantity for order / shipment exceeded remaining goods in warehouse.
- Selected SKUs - goods for which document contains data on quantity / balance.
- Recent Shipments - goods for which shipments were made to selected customer for previous period.
Custom Filters
Any custom filter created in the office part ST-Mobi.com - this is a static list of products, with rules for visual selection in the general list of nomenclature.
The list of filter products can be linked or not linked to specific customers and displayed for all outlets.
Appearance of the filters list
By default, the appearance of the filters list looks like this:

Name | Name of the filter. |
Priority | Priority for the mobile device. If two filters for the same products are installed on one outlet, the one with the lower priority will be applied. |
Color | Determining whether the product items in the general list of goods of the document are highlighted in a certain color. |
Colour | Displaying color selected for displaying product items in document lists on mobile devices. |
Italic | Determining whether commodity items are highlighted in the general list of goods of the document in italics. |
Bold | Determining whether commodity items are highlighted in the general list of goods of the document in bold. |
Use in SKUs | Determining whether a filter will be displayed in the general filter list. |
Use in Outlets | Determining whether a bar with the name of the filter will be displayed under the name of the outlet. |
Edit | Operation of opening the filter in edit mode. |
Copy / Clone | Creating a new filter based on the settings of the selected one. |
Remove | Setting mark for removing the filter. Such filters are not downloaded to mobile devices. |
Display of columns, their width and relative position can be customized.
Selection of filters with missing part of the data
When importing filters from the accounting system, it may happen that some filters will be unloaded without a part of the data responsible for the selection of goods, outlets and employees.
Such a filter is considered defective and incorrect, and will not work in ST-Mobile Trade.
Warning symbol is displayed next to the name of such a filter.
Warning is also displayed on the edit page of such a filter.
Creating a filter
To create a new filter, click Add .
On the screen that opens, you need to fill in the values of the filter display settings on mobile devices.
At the bottom of the screen, on Products tab, you need to select the nomenclature items that the filter will apply to.
If you select a product group, the filter will extend to all product items from the group.
On Outlets tab, you need to select the customer outlets to which the filter will apply.
If Types of outlets are set in system, customers will be grouped by them and it will be possible to select all outlets of a certain type.
After all the necessary actions are done, you need to save the changes by clicking Save in the upper right corner.
