Event Feed

Introduction

The event feed is a list of mobile employee activities on routes.
It displays all relevant information on the work of agents in chronological order.
The information on the screen is updated automatically as new data is received from field staff devices.

Appearance

The event feed is the start page of the service.
As a standard, it indicates the activities of all subordinate field employees on the current date.

If you don't see the actions of a working employee on the route in the Event Feed, it means that he does not exchange data.
Ask the employee to exchange data, after which all his completed and current actions should be reflected in the Feed.

New events that came with the exchange of data from employees are highlighted in blue in the Feed.

Filters

The filter settings in the Feed are located in the upper left corner of the page.
The current filters are displayed opposite the labels Employees and Date.
After the page is refreshed, the configured filters are reset to the default filters.
