On the Main tab, in addition to the employee's code and name, his contact details are displayed.
Route Settings
The tab becomes available if an Account has been created for the employee to work with the Mobile Application.
Route settings allow you to fine-tune some parameters individually for an employee.
It will has a higher priority than global settings for the entire company.
It is often used when most of the employees work according to the same rules, but several people work differently.
In this case, the global settings of the company work for the most part, and they are redefined for selected employees.
In the event that the company's global settings are used, the setting value is specified by default.
Most of the settings here duplicate similar global settings, but there are also personal settings that can only be set in employee cards:
Name | Value | Description |
---|---|---|
Employee Van Store | A list of available (not assigned to other employees) car warehouses. | Select of a car warehouse from the list of available ones, with which the employee will work during the implementation of on-board sales and product transfers. |
Allow manual discount |
| Permission or prohibition for an employee to manually enter discounts or margins on SKUs during Order or Shipment processing. |
The change logs
By analogy with the general settings, the change log is maintained for the settings of each individual employee.
The logs is available on the Employee Settings tab in the lower right corner.
Each record of logs has:
- mark about the date and time of the operation,
- name of the changed constant,
- values before and after changes,
- login of the office employee who made the change.
Select the setting value you would like to return from the list and click it.
A dialog box will appear asking are you sure you want to restore the setting value?
If the answer is positive, the setting will return to the selected value.
Route Warehouses
Route warehouses allow you to select a list of organization warehouses that will be available for work on the mobile device of the selected employee.
It is often used if the organization has a geographically distributed structure and it is absolutely not logical for an employee in one city to see warehouses in another city.
Base coordinates
In the case when the functionality of constructing optimal routes for retail outlets within the daily route is used, it is possible to determine the basic coordinates of the beginning and end of the working day for an employee.
The specified coordinates will be taken into account when building the optimal route.
Classifiers
On this tab, you can set the values of the existing employee classifiers for the employee, which can later be used for additional groupings in the selections.
SKUs scope
The tab displays the product matrices in which this employee participates.
