Introduction
Analytics – graphically presented summary information about the work performed by employees.
Appearance
By default, Analytics looks like this:
In the upper part of the window, you independently select the period for which you need to graphically plot data (1), and also specify the scale (day, week, month) on the X axis (2).
The Analytics section is presented in two workspaces: amount and quantity, which are switched by the corresponding buttons - with a dollar sign and a zigzag arrow pointing upwards.
Analytics: sum
By default, the workspace Analytics: Sum looks like this:
- The top row shows all the indicators on the basis of which the graph (1) is constructed,
- In the row below, you can find general information (sum, maximum value, average value) about each indicator separately (2).
Analytics: quantity
By default, the Analytics: Quantity workspace looks like this:
- The top row shows all the indicators on the basis of which the graph (1) is constructed,
- In the row below, you can find general information (quantity, maximum value, average value) about each indicator separately (2).
Filter
You can filter the data on the chart by employees, outlets and products.
To do this, click on the filter criteria Employees, Outlets or SKUs at the top of the screen.
In the windows that open, you can select employees, outlets or products by ticking the necessary box.
The filter is applied after the selection window is closed.
