Introduction

While working on the route, an employee visits retail outlets, draws up documents in them and performs assigned tasks.

Begin of working day

First thing an employee should do while working on a route is to fix the start time of the working day.
This information is used when building reports in ST-Mobi.com.

To record the start time of the working day, click Begin work.
When you click Begin work, the route work screen opens. 
All reminders assigned to the employee at the beginning of the working day are also displayed.

End of working day

You can end the working day only when all the required tasks are completed and the current visit is completed. 
To end the working day, click Route.

Dialog box opens:

• Finish — record end time of working day.
• Continue — return to work on route.

Select Finish.

After that, the screen will display reminders scheduled for the end of the working day, as well as unread reminders at the beginning of it. 
At this point, the working day is considered completed.

Route and territory

Calling dialog form:  > Route

On the screen of working with the route (on the left side) there are two tabs: Route and Territory.

• Route - is a plan of visits to retail outlets that an employee must visit during the working day.
• Territory - is a list of all the outlets that the employee works with.
  Retail outlets of the territory may not be assigned to visits in the route, but you can work with them.

List of points of sale of the route/territory is displayed on the left, and the tasks to be performed at the point are displayed on the right.

Data Exchange Status

There is data exchange status icon in the lower right corner of the screen.

Color of icon depends on the presence of unsent documents in the system and the status of the exchange: 
     — all documents have been sent or there are no documents to send.
     (flashing) — data exchange in progress right now.
     — system has new data to send.
     — an error occurred during data exchange.

To see a hint on the exchange status, click on the icon.

To go to the data exchange screen, click on the hint text.

Creating and Editing Outlets

Creating new Outlet:  > Route >  > New Outlet ... 
Editing details of Outlet:  > Route > Outlet >  > Outlet Details ...

Frequently Asked Questions

Automatic end of working day

Working day is automatically considered completed when passing through 00:00.
At this point, the last session ends and the program restarts.
Time of completion of the last operation is set as the end time of the visit, but no later than 23:59.
