Introduction

Sales report displays information about the total amount, quantity, and weight of all shipped goods for the selected period.
Report is built in context of retail outlets.
Amount of shipments processed, total weight of goods shipped and number of documents are displayed.

Calling dialog form:  > Reports > Sales > Details by Outlets

Header part

Header part of the report displays the reporting period.

Table part

• Outlet — attributes of Point of Sale, it's name.
• Amount — total amount of shipments at this Point of Sale.
• Weigth — total weight of shipped SKUs at this Point of Sale.
• Documents — total number of created documents.

Interim totals are displayed by dates, routes and types of Outlets.
Clicking on the line with Point of Sale opens a brief report on this Point of Sale in the context of documents.

Data selection and report period

• To set reporting period / date, click , select a date , or specify begin and end of the period.
• To filter records (by products, product groups, outlets or classifiers), click  and select the desired filter.
• To select one of the preset period types (for the current week, the last seven days or a month), click  and select the desired period.
