Introduction

Documents Report displays detailed information about documents created by employee, as well as outlets where they were created.
By default, report is built for current day.

Calling dialog form:    > Reports > Documents

Report Fields

Header part

Header part displays name of route and period for which report is being built.

Table part

TitleDescription
For Outlets
StatusResult of visit that was selected by user at the end of the visit to Point of Sale.
If Point of Sale was not visited, a dash is placed.
Date / Outlet

Grouped information is displayed by dates and names of Outlets.

WhenStart time of visit.
Time / AmountDuration of visit (in minutes).
GPS, meters
Information about correspondence of coordinates of visit with reference coordinates of Point of Sale:
  •  — coordinates of visit are correct (differ by less than 50 m),
  •  — coordinates of visit differ by more than 50 m,
  •  — coordinates of visit differ by more than 100 m,
  •  — coordinates of visit differ by more than 9 km,
  •  — coordinates of visit have not been determined.

Number inside marker is the value of the coordinate deviation (in meters).
Marker is missing if reference coordinates are not set for outlet in ST-Mobi.com.

For Documents
Status

Document statuses:

  • Sent
  • Not sent

For Outlets visited outside the route, indicator is not filled in.

Date / OutletName and number of document.
Name of template is displayed for questionnaires.
For drafts of documents, a mark is displayed that this is a draft.
When you click on a document link, its contents are displayed.
WhenTime when document was created.
AmountAmount of document (for those types of documents for which it makes sense).

Data selection and report period

To set reports period / date, click , select a date or specify begin and end of period.
To display data on specific point of sale in report, click , select Outlets, and then desired entry.
