Introduction

Returns Report displays information about number of units shipped, number of units returned, and percentage of returns.
Report is based on employee's clients and SKUs shipped to this clients or returned by this clients within selected period.

Calling dialog form:  > Reports > Returns

Filtering, selecting and searching

When clicking on the icon  dialog box for selecting an object for selection becomes available.

When you choose Select SKU groups item, dialog box becomes available with possibility to apply filters on available product groups.

When you choose Select outlets, dialog box becomes available with possibility of contextual search and selection for a specific outlet.
