Introduction
In ST-Mobile Trade application employees can receive text reminders from office users or from them self.
Sales representatives can receive reminders on their mobile devices from an ERP operator (individual revision will be required).
Reminders are exchanged during manual or background exchange of changes and become available only after synchronization (exchange) of data on a mobile device.
Reminder Journal
Calling dialog form:
> RemindersReminder log shows all accepted reminders.
There are two types of reminders:
- On route — displayed at start or end of work on route.
- In retail outlets — displayed at beginning of visit to Point of Sale.
Date of its creation is displayed opposite the reminder.
For reminder, its author is displayed.
Urgent and Unread reminders
Urgent reminders are highlighted in red.
Such reminders assigned to an employee are displayed immediately after receipt, wherever the user would not be in the program.
Unread reminders are highlighted in bold.
If the reminder has already been read, but it needs to return the status unread, click on the status icon located opposite the desired reminder.
Reminder text will be highlighted in bold.
All unread reminders assigned to the start of the work/visit are re-displayed when the work is completed at the Point of Sale or on the route.
Reminder statuses
Reminder status is displayed as one of the following icons:

Filtering reminders
To filter the list of reminders, click
on the toolbar.Following filters are available:
- Incoming — only incoming reminders are displayed.
- Outgoing — only outgoing reminders are displayed (the function is inactive).
- Drafts — only drafts of reminders are displayed (the function is inactive).
- Unread — only unread reminders are displayed.
- Read — only read reminders are displayed.
- Urgent — only reminders with urgent sign are displayed.
- Normal — only reminders are displayed without urgent sign.
- By recipients — only reminders assigned to the selected employee are displayed.
- By outlets — only reminders assigned to the selected Outlets are displayed.
You can use several filters at same time.
To apply selected filters, click OK.
To remove all selected filters, click Reset.
Search for reminders
To quickly find the reminder you need, use the search bar.
It appears automatically if there are ten or more reminders in the reminder list.
Search is performed by the text and the author of the reminder.
Viewing reminders
Calling dialog form:
> RouteTo see list of reminders, click on icon
on the toolbar.The number of unread reminders is displayed next to the icon.
If the tab is open On route, when you click a list of reminders assigned to the route will appear.
If a specific Point of Sale is selected, a list of reminders for this Outlet will appear.
To read the full text of the reminder, click on the line with its name.
To go to reminder list, click Journal.
Viewing reminders in Journal
To read reminders in the journal, also click on the line with the name of the reminder.
To move between reminders, use the buttons and .
Re-showing reminders
The received reminder can be postponed for a certain time.
For this:
- Click on Name of desired reminder. Text will open.
- Click Set reminder. Dialog form opens.
- Specify Time after which reminder will be displayed again.
- Click OK.
List of unread reminders is also displayed at the end of the visit or work on route.
