Introduction

Directories contain information about the objects of the system: skus, territories, owners, firms and warehouses. 
Information in the directories Territory and Owners can be edited, all changes will be sent for verification to ST-Mobi.com into the Census functionality.

SKUs Directory

SKUs directory displays a list of products (name and article) that employee works with on route.

To get detailed information about the product, click on the line with its name.
SKU card will open.

To limit the list to products of one group, click  and select desired group.

Territory Directory

Territory directory displays a list of retail outlets (name and address) that employee works with.
Territory is defined in ST-Mobi.com in the functionality of the Territory or in ERP.

To get detailed information about Point of Sale, click on the line with its name.
To change props, click on the line with its name.
To save changes, click 

To add new outlet to territory, click  and fill in the necessary details.

Owners Directory

Owners Directory displays a list of owners of retail outlets (name and address) that employee works with.
Information about owners is filled in ERP or in ST-Mobi.com.

To get detailed information about owner, click on the line with its name.
To change props, click on the line with its name.
To save changes, click 

To add new owner, click  and fill in the necessary details.
Full name of Owner cannot be specified in the name field.
Acceptable: Surname and initials.

Firms Directory

Firms directory displays list of firms (name and legal entity) with which employee works.
Information about companies is filled in ERP or ST-Mobi.com.

Warehouses Directory

Warehouses directory displays list of warehouses (name and responsible person) that employee works with.
Information about warehouses is filled in ERP or ST-Mobi.com.

To get detailed information about warehouse, click on the line with its name.
