Introduction

Orders Report displays information about the total amount, quantity, weight of all ordered goods for the selected period.
Report is built in the context of created documents Order.
Total amount and weight in order are displayed.

Calling dialog form:

   > Reports > Orders
   > Route > Reports > Orders > Briefly

Header part

Header part of the report displays the reporting period and selected filters.

Table part

• Document — document attributes, number, name of the Point of Sale.
• Amount — total amount of ordered goods according to documents.
• Weigth — total weight of ordered goods according to documents.

Interim results are displayed by dates and routes.
Clicking on line with document opens a detailed report.

Data selection and report period

• To set reporting period / date, click , select a date , or specify begin and end of the period.
• To filter records (by products, product groups, outlets or classifiers), click  and select the desired filter.
• To select one of the preset period types (for the current week, the last seven days or a month), click  and select the desired period.
