Introduction

Odometer functionality is designed for entering odometer readings by a mobile employee in the application, as well as for tracking odometer statistics for a selected period of time.

This functionality works only when Monitor odometer readings when working on the route setting is enabled, which is set in the office part.
If the setting is enabled, but Odometer functionality does not appear in the menu in the mobile application, you must request a configuration update through the technical support service.

Location

You can go to the Odometer through the menu of the mobile application, as shown in the image below:

Odometer functionality is divided into two parts, the first part contains information on the current day, below is a report for the previous days worked.
By default, the odometer report is built for the current week.

Odometer Report Attributes

Title		Description
Odometer	Date	Date of the agent's working day.
	Event	Beginning of work or end of work.
	Time	Time of beginning of work or end of work.
	Odometer	Odometer readings entered by a mobile employee at the beginning/end of work.
	Mileage	Total mileage per working day. It is calculated only if there are completed odometer data at the beginning of the working day and its end.

Working with the odometer

To build a report for a different period of time, it is enough to change the date in the settings.
To change the report generation period, click on the calendar in the upper right corner.

Window opens with a period selection, you can choose from both standard values and your own date range.
To do this, select the numbers by clicking on the calendar in the Start and End fields, after determining the period, click on the Select button.
Report will be built for configured period.

Odometer readings can be entered in two ways - either at the start/end of work through Routes functionality by clicking on Start of work and End of work button.
Or in manual mode, through the Odometer functionality.
At the same time, if the data was entered via the start/end working day button in the Routes tab, this information will also be displayed in the Odometer functionality.
In order to enter the odometer readings for the beginning/end of the working day in the Odometer, click on the Edit button on the right.
Window opens with the name of the event (Getting Started/End of work), where a value must be entered in the line.

After you have entered the data, you need to make sure that they have been sent to the office part.
If the data has not been sent, you will see a message on the right highlighted in red Make an exchange.

If the data is sent successfully, you will see information on the top right that the data is synchronized.

After entering the odometer data for the working day, mileage information will appear - the difference between the odometer readings at the beginning and at the end of the working day.
