Introduction
Working on the route, the employee draws up various documents.
List of these documents is displayed in the documents journal.
Calling dialog form
- Main journal: > Journal;
- Point of Sale journal: > Route > Outlet > Journal.
Main journal shows all the documents created on the route.
In Journal of Outlets - only those created at the selected Outlet for the current day.
Viewing documents in journal
When you open the Documents Journal, all documents created for the current date are displayed on the screen by default.
To open a document, click on the line with its name.
Information about document
The following information is displayed for each document:
- Name and number of the document; for the questionnaire — the name of the template;
- Name of the point of sale where the document was created;
- Total amount of the document (where it makes sense, for example in the Order document);
- Document status, date or time of creation (for documents of the current date).
Documents for another day or period
- Click , calendar will appear.
- Select the desired date or period.
To select an arbitrary period, specify its start and end date. - Click OK.
Document statuses
Status of the document is displayed as one of the icons:

Search for document in journal
To open the search bar, click on the toolbar.
Start typing in the search bar.
At the same time, the system will display suitable options.
To clear the search bar, click .
To remove the search bar, click Close.
Search results will be reset in this case.
Document filtering
- Click . List of filters opens.
- Set the flags next to the necessary filters.
- Click OK.
To reset all filters, click and choose Reset.
If it is necessary to perform these operations with a document for a later date, it is necessary to start a visit to the point of sale where the document was issued.
Printing document
- Click context menu will open next to the desired document.
- Choose Print, a list of printed forms will appear (its own for each type of document).
- Set flags next to required printed forms, specify the number of copies.
To preview printed form, press and hold the line with name of form, then select Viewing. - Click .
The invoice is printed out in a form close to the real one (A4 format).
If the document contains several pages, then when printing on each sheet, the header of the document and its summary are printed.
Editing document
By default, only unsent documents can be edited and drafts .
- Click context menu will open next to the desired document.
- Choose Edit, document operation screen opens.
- Make necessary changes and save document.
Saving draft
You can save previously created drafts of documents in the Document Journal (if the employee works with drafts).
For this:
- Click context menu will open next to the desired document.
- Choose Save.
- Status of document will change from to .
When saving document from the Documents Journal, the same checks are performed as with normal saving.
Deleting document
- Click context menu will open next to the desired document.
- Choose Delete.
- Click Yes.
You can only delete unsent documents and drafts.
Funds will be transferred to funds without a reason.
You can delete document Cash Receipt Order, which is not related to the shipment, only if this feature is enabled.
To do this, contact technical support.
By default, this operation is not available for agents.
