Introduction
By Clients per Month Report displays information based on shipments for current month, supplemented by orders for current day.
Orders data is grouped by outlets.
Report is used to compare actual sales with agent's monthly plan.
Calling dialog form: 
> Reports > By Clients per Month
Report Fields
- Client — name and address of the outlet.
- Ordered Quantity — number of documents Shipment (per month) and Order (for current day).
- Unit — quantity of ordered and shipped SKUs.
- Average SKUs — average number of SKUs (lines) in one document.
- Amount — total amount of documents.
Units of measurement choose
- Click
. - Choose Settings, a list of available units of measurement (accounting, basic, accounting and basic) will appear.
- Select desired unit of measurement.
Example
There is an SKU Juice for which:
- Basic — package (coefficient = 1),
- Account — box (coefficient = 7),
- Basic — piece (coefficient = 1),
- Account — pack (coefficient = 4).
We ordered five packages.
- If you select Accounting unit of measurement in the report, then Order would be 0.7 because of 5 / 7;
- If you select Basic unit of measurement in the repor, then Order would be 20 because of 5 x 4.
