Introduction
Debts Report displays detailed information about current accounts receivable of customers.
Calling dialog form: > Reports > Debts
Input parameters
By default, data is generated for all outlets, owners.
When opening report from the context of outlet, selection is set for current outlet.
Report data is always generated for today (current date).
Report shows only non-zero amounts of arrears.
Report Fields
Header part
Header part displays date and time of report generation, information about filtering data in report.
Table part
- Outlet — depending on the selected report detail, the following is displayed: company, owner/buyer, outlet, counterparty, contract, document.
- Limit:
- For Point of Sale, owner, contract, the limit on the amount of debt (credit limit) is displayed, if it is set.
- Loan term (days) is displayed for the document if the loan term is set.
- Amount of debt — amount of debt on unpaid documents.
- Delay limit (-overdue) — if any of the limits (amount / number of days) is overdue, the remainder of the loan term (days) is displayed for the documents with the "-" sign, for other parameters - the balance of the loan limit amount with the "-" sign.
- If the limits are set and are not overdue, then the remainder of the loan term (days) is displayed for documents, and the remainder of the loan limit amount is displayed for other parameters.
- If the limits are not set, then the data is not displayed in the report.
- Percentage of delay — percentage of delinquency relative to the total amount of debt.

Following filters are available:
- own organizations (firms),
- owners / buyers,
- retail outlets.

To display data with different levels of detail in the report (both individually and for several items), click
Possible levels of detail (can be used together):
- own organizations (firms),
- owners / buyers,
- retail outlets,
- counteragents (disabled by default),
- contracts,
- documents (disabled by default).
Setting up details allows you to analyze debts in different sections, and at the same time.
For example, you can configure viewing of debts by routes (i.e. actually sales representatives), outlets on these routes and specific documents issued at these points of sales.
