Introduction
Additional loading requisition is a document in which sales representative indicates how much SKUs he plans to pick up from distributor's warehouse and ship to his car.
Calling dialog form

Algorithm for creating Additional loading requisition:
- Open dialog form.
- Fill in table.
- Click Next.
- Check details of document.
- Click Save.
Document appearance
By default, tabular part of document Additional loading requisition looks like this:
Attributes of tabular part of document

| SKU | Name of SKU. |
| Code | SKU code / article number (field is hidden by default). |
| Rec. Quantity | Recommended minimum quantity of SKU residues in employee's car. |
| Quantity | Quantity of SKU to be moved from warehouse. |
| On VAN Stock | Rest of SKU in employee's car. |
| On Warehouse Stock | Rest of SKU in warehouse. |
| Weigth | Weight of transported SKUs. |
Display of columns, their width and relative position can be customized.
Data entry
- Select Cell (at intersection of product and column), calculator will appear.
- Enter desired value (if necessary, change the unit of measurement of product).
- Click OK.
- After entering data for all necessary SKUs, click Next.
Document details

How does Movement differ from Additional loading requisition?
