Introduction

The Visits report displays detailed information about the visits made by subordinate employees: their duration, effectiveness and compliance with GPS coordinates.
By default, the report is built for the current day for all available employees.

Calling dialog form:  > Reports > Visits

To set the reporting period / date, click , select a date or specify the beginning and end of the period.
To select the employees to display, click  and set the flags next to the desired entries.

Header

The header section displays the employees and the period for which the report is being built.
The data in the report is grouped by dates and employees.
Additional sessions are highlighted in yellow in the report.

Title

Description

OutletThe name and address of the point of sale visited or planned to be visited.
Priority

The order of visiting the Point of Sale:

  • Fact — which point was visited by the account,
  • Plan — which point should have been visited according to the plan of visits.
Start of the visitThe start time of the visit.
DurationDuration of the visit (in minutes).
ResultThe result of visiting the outlet.
GPS, m
Information about the correspondence of the coordinates of the visit with the coordinates of the point of sale:
  •  — the coordinates of the visit are correct (differ by less than 50 m),
  •  — the coordinates of the visit differ by more than 50 m,
  •  — the coordinates of the visit differ by more than 100 m,
  •  — the coordinates of the visit differ by more than 9 km,
  •  — the coordinates of the visit have not been determined.

The number inside the marker is the value of the coordinate deviation (in meters).
The marker is missing if the coordinates are not set for the point of sale.

Clicking on the name of the outlet opens the Documents report for the selected point and date.
When you click on the route name, the Documents report for the selected route is displayed.
