Tasks functionality
Tasks are various activities that are not related to paperwork.
On the route screen, such activities are marked with an icon .
The list of current tasks is displayed in the Tasks section.
You can also create new tasks and perform existing ones on this screen.
The supervisor can create tasks as in the office via ST-Mobi.com, and on a mobile device.
Each task can be assigned to individual outlets or to the entire route.
Supervisors can create tasks for themselves and their subordinate employees.
Agents can create tasks only for themselves.
Tasks log
Calling dialog form:
>The task log displays all tasks assigned to subordinate employees and to yourself.
To see the tasks assigned for another day, click and set the required period.
Creating new tasks
Calling dialog form:
> TasksIn order to create a new task, you need to do a number of actions:v
- Click . The task creation form opens.
- In the field Type select Agent Task.
- In the field Name enter the name of the task. It will be displayed in the task list.
- In the field Employees select the employee to whom the task will be assigned.
- If the task needs to be completed only in certain outlets, set the flag In retail outlets, then select the desired points.
- In the fields With and By specify the start and end date of the task. If the fields are not filled in, then the task is considered indefinite.
- In the field Repeat select how often the task will be repeated:
- No repetition — only one task is created and displayed every day for the duration of the task until it is completed.
After the task is completed, it will not be displayed starting from the next day. - Every day — one task is created for each day from the task activity period.
If a week is specified in the task activity period, then, in fact, 7 tasks will be created for each of the days. - Every week — one task is created for the specified days of the week.
If the days of the week are not specified, the task will not be available for work. - Every month — one task is created for certain dates of the month during the specified period of the task.
If the days of the month are not specified, the task will be unavailable for work.
- No repetition — only one task is created and displayed every day for the duration of the task until it is completed.
- To make the task mandatory, set the flag Mandatory. Without completing this task, it will be impossible to complete a visit to a point or a working day.
- If you need to confirm the completion of the task with a photo, set the flag Need a photo.
- If the flag is set, it is impossible to complete the task without a photo.
- If the flag is not set, then you can add a photo to the task, but not necessarily.
- In the field Description write a comment to the task.
- In the upper-right corner of the screen, tap Create.
Done. The task has been created. You are amazing!
Creating tasks in context of outlet
Calling dialog form:
> Route > OutletsTo quickly create a task for a point of sale, click and choose New task...
A task creation form will open, but some fields in it will already be filled in:
- Employees — the current user is selected,
- Retail outlets — a retail outlet has been selected, from the context of which the task is created,
- Period — indefinitely, starting from the current day.
The form is filled in the same way as when creating tasks from the task log.
Creating tasks in context of route
Calling dialog form:
> Route > Operations on routeTo quickly create a task for your route, click and choose New task...
The task creation form opens, but in the field Employee will already be indicated by the route employee.
The form is filled in the same way as when creating tasks from the task log.
Viewing created tasks
Tasks assigned to retail outlets are displayed in the operations menu for these outlets.
The tasks assigned to the route are displayed in the route operations menu.
The full list of tasks is displayed in the task log.
Task execution control
The summary report on tasks displays information about the results of tasks performed by mobile employees.
Calling a dialog form:
> Reports > Summary report on tasksDefault input parameters:
- Period — for the current day.
- Selection is based on employees (the tasks of all subordinate employees are displayed, but not their own).
The tabular part of the report displays the tasks and the results of their execution.
The data is grouped by employees, outlets, and task outcomes.
To set the reporting period / date, click
To remove or add certain employees to the report, click and set the flags in front of the necessary employees.
To change the report generation mode, click and choose one of the options:
- By data type — the data in the report will be grouped by one of the selected data types:
- by employees,
- by tasks.
- Calculation of planned values — the data in the report will be calculated in one of the modes:
- according to the task execution plan — tasks from all scheduled sessions will be displayed.,
- according to the facts of the agent's work — only tasks from completed visits will be displayed.
When building a report according to the task execution plan, six tasks will be displayed, and when building according to the facts of the work — four.
