Reminder functionality

In ST-Mobile Trade, employees can send and receive text messages (reminders).

Helpful Hint
Supervisor can send a reminder with important information about the client to his subordinate employees.
Sales representatives can receive reminders on their mobile devices as from the web part ST-Mobi.com, so from mobile supervisors.
Reminders can be linked to a specific outlet or simply sent to a subordinate employee on the device.
Reminders are exchanged when data is exchanged in employees' mobile apps.

Who can I send reminders to?

  • Subordinate employees who are users of the ST-Mobile Trade mobile application,
  • To myself, so as not to forget something at the next visit to the client.

From whom can I receive reminders?

  • From users ST-Mobi.com,
  • From a mobile supervisor,
  • From myself.

The reminder log displays all received and sent reminders, as well as unsent drafts.

Напоминания бывают двух видов:

  • On route — displayed while working on the route, at the beginning or end of work on the route.
  • In outlets — are displayed at the beginning of the visit to the client.

The reminder displays the text, the author and the date of its creation.

Urgent reminders are highlighted in red.
Such reminders assigned to an employee are displayed immediately after receipt, wherever the user would not be in the program.

Unread messages are highlighted in bold.

If the message has already been read, but it needs to return the status "unread" (for example, to re-display it at the end of work at a point of sale or on a route), click on the status icon located opposite the desired reminder.
The text of the message will be highlighted in bold.

All unread messages assigned to the start of the work/visit are re-displayed at the end of the work at the point of sale / on the route.

Creating new reminder

  1. Click , reminder creation form opens.
  2. In the field Message enter the text of the message.
  3. In the field To select recipients. By default, the recipient is displayed as Personal.
    This means that the reminder will be sent to yourself.
  4. In the field When you select one of the options:
    • Start of working day — a reminder will be displayed when you start work on the route or during work, if it has already started (used by default),
    • Start of visit — a reminder will be displayed when you start working at the selected outlet,
    • End of working day — a reminder will be displayed when the work on the route is completed.
  5. To send a message, click Send.
  6. To save a message without sending it (for example, to finish working with it later), click Save draft.

Private messages after saving are displayed in the message list as incoming.
If several users were specified as addressees when creating a message, including the current one, then after saving two messages will be created: personal — incoming, and for other users — outgoing.

Calling dialog form:  > Route > Select a client >  > New reminder...

You can also create reminders from the point of sale screen.
By default, a personal reminder is created for the next visit to this outlet, but this can be changed when creating a message.

Calling dialog form:  > Route > On route >  > New reminder...

Route reminders are created in the same way as reminders in the context of retail outlets, only instead of selecting a customer, you need to go to the tab On the route.
In this case, by default, a personal reminder is created for the beginning of the next working day.

Re-showing reminders

The received reminder can be postponed for a certain time:

  1. Click on the name of the desired reminder, the message text will open.
  2. Click to Set a reminder, a dialog form will open.
  3. Specify the time after which the reminder will be displayed again.
  4. Click OK.

The list of unread reminders is also displayed at the end of the visit or work on the route.
