Introduction
Photos report displays all the photos taken by all employees during the execution of tasks, filling out questionnaires and Photo Report documents.
Data is grouped by dates and outlets.
Calling dialog form: > Reports > Photo
Default input parameters:
- Period — for the current week.
- Photo sources — all available.
- Retail outlets — all available + photos taken outside of retail outlets.
To set the reporting period/date, click , select a date , or specify the beginning and end of the period.
To display photos taken at a specific point of sale, click and select the desired point.
To display photos taken outside of retail outlets (for example, if a task is assigned to a route), select Outside Point of Sale.
To display photos taken from a specific source (for example, only photos from questionnaires), click and select the desired source.
Header
- Period — the period for which the report is being built,
- Outlets (if a filter is set) — the outlet where the photos were taken.
