Attention!
If you are here, but do not have basic skills of working with a mobile application, read this warning carefully!
How to work with the ST-Mobile Trade mobile application can be found in Documentation > Mobile Application section and in Guidlines section of this wiki.

General territory of field team

An important feature of a mobile supervisor that distinguishes him from sales representatives is that the territory of his outlets consists of his clients and all clients of subordinate employees.
This means that there is no need to add clients of the subordinate team to the supervisor's territory, the system will do it itself.
However, if the supervisor has outlets that he visits himself and to which his employees do not go, such customers need to be added to the territory.

Selecting context of subordinate employees

By default, the supervisor sees only his own visit plan for the day.
To display information on subordinate employees, it is necessary:

  1. Click  in the upper right part of the screen, a list of subordinate employees will open.
  2. Select the necessary employees from the list.
  3. Click Apply.

Modes of operation with territory and routes

In ST Mobile Trade, there are two modes available for the supervisor to view retail outlets:

  • List – listing of all retail outlets from the territory and the visit plan of the supervisor and subordinate employees.
  • Map – listing and displaying on the map of retail outlets from the territory and the visit plan of the supervisor and subordinate employees.

In the "Map" view mode, the supervisor can work with the map and see a list of all routes with retail outlets entering his territory and the territory of his subordinate employees.
The supervisor's route is always located at the top of the list.
The map shows the order of customer visits within the employee's visit plan.

Features available:

  • Color indicators of routes of subordinate employees (if a point of sale is included in several routes, it is colored black).
  • Clicking the marker on the map takes you to the point of sale in the list on the left.

Work on route

In the Route section, a real-time supervisor can:

  • view routes of your subordinates or your route for today,
  • add outlets from a subordinate employee's route to your route as additional visits,
  • view activities of your subordinate employee within framework of completed visit and see your scenario of working with this outlet.

Helpful Hint
Data on the visits of subordinate employees is updated only after data exchange is performed in the mobile devices.
There is no need to get complete database more than once a day.
By default, routes for the current date are displayed.

To view routes for another day, click  > Change the date... and select desired day in the calendar.
If route is selected in the list for which there are no visits on the selected date, the text No retail outlet was found according to this criterion is displayed.

The supervisor's route in the route list is always indicated at the beginning of the list.
Rest of routes are sorted by numbers.

The route in the list is displayed in collapsed or expanded form:

  • Route number and responsible employee of route are displayed in collapsed form.
  • In expanded form (only one route at a time) start and end time of work on route is displayed, as well as history of visits in real time.
For each visit, start/end time, duration, name and address of outlet are indicated.

The movement along the route is marked with a vertical line with labels.
Each label is a separate event:

 — getting started on route or an upcoming visit,
 — main visit has been completed,
 — additional visit has been completed,
 — current visit.

Filters operate within the selected employee.
When searching, outlets that meet the conditions are displayed, and route to which this point belongs is indicated.

Visit to supervisor's outltes

When viewing the route of a subordinate employee on the Visit tab, the supervisor can add a point of sale to his visit plan as an additional visit.
Without making a visit to the point of a subordinate employee, only general information about the point of sale is open for viewing.
At the same time, typical operations are not displayed.
When viewing your route on the "Visit" tab, general information about the client and all operations are available.
Otherwise, the work at the point of sale by the supervisor himself is no different from the work of his subordinates.

Client activity log

On the Journal tab, all documents issued by employees at the selected outlet are displayed.
The following indicators are indicated for each document:

  • The name and number of the document.
  • Name and address of the client.
  • The status and date of the document.

Save / edit / deleteprint operations are not available when viewing documents issued by subordinate employees of the supervisor.

Reports

Reports tab displays the reports available for construction related to the point of sale.
For a complete list of reports, see the article Reports.
